Cancellation Policy

50% fee is implemented if appointment is canceled within 24 hrs of your scheduled appointment.

Every client is given a 10-minute max grace period. If arrived after the grace period without any communication, your appointment is not guaranteed and may be canceled. You will then be charged a 50% cancellation fee for the inconvenience. If a deposit was required for your service, it will not be refunded and it will be applied as the cancellation fee. You will then need to reschedule your appointment, and another deposit will be required depending on the service booked.

Note: If you try to reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, the system will not allow you to reschedule. It will ask that you reach out to me directly regarding your appointment.

20% Deposit is required at the time of booking for ALL Permanent Makeup Services.

(The balance of your service will be due at the time of service)

Deposits are NON-refundable!

If you have paid a deposit but need to reschedule, cancel, or miss your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded because it’s applied as the cancellation fee. Another deposit will be required to book.

If you NO-Call/No-Show but paid a deposit, the deposit acts as your cancellation fee. You will need to pay another deposit to reschedule your next appointment.

Children are welcome as long as they are old enough to sit during the full service without interruption.

During ALL Permanent Makeup Services, there is a NO-CHILD policy!

Note: Be aware that permanent makeup services are 2-3 hrs long with the eyes being closed the majority of the time. Hazardous tools are used and the salon space is not childproof.


COVID Regulations

1. Please wait in your car until you get a text saying you can enter the building.

2. Wear a mask upon entering the salon.

3. Upon entering use hand sanitizer.

4. If you have a fever, cough or flu like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.

5. If you’ve been exposed to anyone with COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.

6. Engage in social distancing, staying at least six feet away from other people.

7. Before your service please sign waiver form acknowledging the waxing contraindications, waxing pre and post care, and verifying you have no flu-like symptoms.

8. Sanitize your hands upon leaving the building.
